At just over 65,000 square feet, our production facility has the size to meet even the most demanding production runs. LCB is centrally located with easy access to the highway. We are located within an hour of most major cities in Southwestern Ontario, an hour from Buffalo NY, and a few hours from Detroit.

Amada Vipros 358 - King II
The Amada Vipros 358 King II is the fastest of the high speed Amada Vipros hydraulic turret punch presses. It is a perfect machine for high speed processing of light gauge sheet metal (10 gauge or less) combining its high hit rate with a 58 station – 4 auto index turret, that features the largest auto-index in the industry at 4 1/2″. The 50″ x 80″ table allows the 358 King II to handle sheets up to 4′ x 12′ with one auto-repositioning cycle and the brush table top design is quite to operate and will not mark parts like a ball table. This Amada Vipros 358 King II is equipped with the Fanuc based 18P control, which offers greater ram control for running forming tools.
Hydraulic Press Breaks
Our Press brakes include multi-axis computer-controlled back gauges. They allow operators to position material correctly and sequence the bends step-by-step until completed. Optical sensors allow operators to make adjustments during the bending process. These sensors send real-time data about the bending angle in the bend cycle to machine controls that adjust process parameters.
